Design & Style

Based on your package selection, we will curate a custom concept board. We take your room measurements into account, the overall look of your home and of course we make sure to integrate your personal style. All the furniture, decorations, and accessories that are included in our concept boards are available to you at select retailers. Best of all, a curated shopping list will be generated to make purchasing a cinch.

Residential Staging:

(Occupied or Unoccupied Residences)

Our services are priced using a combination of the base service fees plus a per room estimate. Each room in the home is considered a separate room. (Each bedroom, each bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc.)

During the initial consultation, we will discuss the room(s) you would like to have staged, the level of staging required (accessories only aka soft staging or full furniture staging) and whether or not the home will be vacant or occupied during the selling process. Every home is different in size, scope and need; therefore the time spent to complete each project varies.

We start with a base estimate of 8 hours of service time

(up to 1 hour for the initial walk through, 5-6 hours of staging install and 1 hour of de-staging)

and adjust from there depending on the project.

Currently, install days are Tuesday through Saturday.

We are proud to work with local realtors, as well as with homeowners directly.

We also work with furniture rental companies to provide furniture as needed.

We are able to determine and suggest what updates should be made to the property to improve its selling potential.

We also offer additional services such as paint recommendations, flooring recommendations and more!

As professionals we are able to guide you through sorting your belongings, to create a clean and inviting space.
