Weddings

There’s no one right way to do a wedding. Your own way is the best, if you ask us!

It’s all about the individuals and what’s personal about their relationship.

we consider it a pleasure to learn your stories and to use those personal insights

to create unique visual and physical representations to display to others.

Based on your package selection , we will curate a custom concept board.

We take your room measurements into account, the overall aesthetic of the event space

and of course we make sure to integrate your personal style.

All furniture, decorations and accessories are included in our concept boards.

Full Design Services:

Begins with a base estimate of 25 hours of service time. This includes the consultation, conference calls, & site visit(s)

-time spent sourcing materials and production of concept board and layout

-Two Virtual conference calls

-Follow up with an on-site venue appointment for measurements and photos

-custom designed concept board

-Floor plan layout

-Furniture, lighting, and color palette integration

-Collaboration alongside other confirmed service vendors

(florist, rental company, graphic designer, audiovisual provider, etc.)

-Outsourcing production team for the development of custom design elements and structures

-Sourcing of all rental items needed to complete project

(linens, napkins, draping, furnishings, flooring,etc.)

-Supervised installation and removal of the design elements used to create a completed design project

(separate hourly rate)

-on-site for Room flip from ceremony to reception

-Two revisions based on client feedback

Partial Design Services:

Begins with a base estimate of 15 hours of service time. This includes the initial consultation,

conference call, production of the concept board, Shopping list and layout

-one virtual conference call

-custom designed concept board

-Floor plan layout

-Master shopping list of selected items so that you can execute design as suggested

-Vendor referral based upon your needs

-One revision based on client feedback


Private Social Events

(Birthdays, Anniversaries, Date Nights, Rights of Passage, Showers, Intimate Dinners)

During the initial consultation, we will discuss the vision that you have for your event.

We’ll discuss what’s important to you, what’s not and how we can collectively

design an experience that’s uniquely your own.

We’ll also discuss the level of installation required to let your event shine.

Every event is different in size, scope and need; therefore the time spent to complete each project will vary.

We start with a base estimate of Up to 8 hours of service time

(up to 1 hour for the initial walk through, 5-6 hours of install and 1 hour of un-Install)

and adjust from there depending on the project.

Currently, install days are Tuesday through Saturday.

We are proud to work with your event planner , as well as with clients directly.

We also work with area event rental companies as needed.

We can help you determine a direction and suggest what is absolutely necessary

versus the typical pomp and circumstance we’ve been brainwashed to expect.

We also offer additional services such as personalized stationary recommendations,

custom centerpieces recommendations and more!


Corporate Events

(Galas, Conferences, awards banquets, annual sales meetings, Charity fundraisers)

We can help with annual engagement events in new, pioneering, and creative ways.

With our help you can conceptualize and design events that portray the organization in a positive light

amongst employees, the media, and stakeholders alike.

As professionals we will oversee the set up, dismantling and

removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.


Hourly Rates
